The above video is an example of the REFLECTIONS Expressive Art Workshop. It's focus is on the journey one takes during the painting experience rather than the end product of the art piece. The journey requires participants to LISTEN, TRUST and EMBRACE. Many of the lessons learned through this process can be applied to daily life.
